JEEPERS (Jagged-End Error Polishing of Enzymatically misRepaired Sequences)

This is the supplementary website from the Alizadeh Lab and the Diehn Lab for the publication by Wang et al.

JEEPERS is a software tool that:

1. Performs in silico correction of methylation signals at end-repaired regions in double-stranded library preparation methods
2. Quantifies jaggedness in cell-free DNA (cfDNA)
3. Calls single nucleotide variants (SNVs) and estimates methylation levels from sequencing data generated by either bisulfite or EM-seq methods
